Yes,the accessories of the machine will come with equipment and send to customer.
Yes, you can wash the machine by water.But please pay attentions that don’t wash the electric parts. And shut off the power before washing.
If the machine works failure, please contact me first. Email me and send picture or video to show the problems. I will give customer solutions. If that still doesn’t work, we will send technician to customer site for machine check. (Maintenance and repair)
